Charlie & Denise Fight Through Their Kids

Charlie Sheen's people are kinda claiming victory in today's court battle. But Denise's lawyer Neal Hersh says they are dreaming, claiming Denise is happy with the results.

The judge spoke with two experts in court and then made various orders. Hersh says the orders are consistent with what Denise wanted.

Hersh says, "If Charlie wants what's best for his kids, then we look forward to his fully and completely following through with what the judge ordered today. If he does so his children can only benefit."

32. Say whatever you want about Charlie, at least he's got talent and has made efforts to put his life back together. But Denise Richards has......what? Nada, outside of a bad reputation and dubious judgment. Seems to be enough to keep a celeb rolling in money these days tho.

33. I didn't know or care to know Denise Richards before I stumbled upon her show one day. Now I like her. She is a good mom to her kids. Her dad is the bomb. I wish he would come stay at my house and cook!!

Charlie Sheen is Charlie Sheen..nothing new there.

34. Erin...you talk about people saying bad things about Denise but you keep calling Charlie a "druggie." He WAS a drug abuser and is now in recovery. He has changed. People do get clean and sober and stay that way. Don't let the current slew of disasterous celebrity kids make you think once a druggie, always a druggie. For alcoholics and drug addicts to go 5, 10, even 20 years without using or drinking is a real big deal. And even good sobriety can have its pitfalls but they get right back on top of it again and back to living their lives. Denise is the only one NOT MOVING ON WITH HER LIFE here! She said she wanted more custody because the current arrangement does not allow the children to be on her reality show more. With more custody comes more camera time for the kids = bigger ratings. She doesn't have the kids on more because she is a protective parent. She doesn't have them on more because it has been court ordered! She wants to change that court order! She not only is a publicity wh*re, she desperately wants to pimp her kids out for good ratings. And Ritchie Sambora supports Heather in her battle with Depression. He has nothing to say about Denise. That should tell you something! Erin, you need to grow up and get a life beyond Denise Richards. She is no one to look up to and idolize. Neither is Charlie. They are seriously damaging their kids but atleast he is finally trying to keep his mouth shut about Denise.
