20. I adore this man, and wish him nothing but the best of luck with his treatment and (hopefully) recovery. He's always been nothing but a class act, and deserves much respect for fighting his disease with dignity and courage, especially having had to do so in the public eye. GO, Johnny Castle!

27. Patrick-You have been my hero since i was just 7 years old. Ive seen all your movies and have always looked up to you as more than just my hero. Youve always been my insperation to keep goin and i just love you. And i swear im your biggest fan EVER. When i found out you had cancer i cried for like 2 hours. When i was flipping through channels tonight and i saw this-you looking so great and so happy i couldnt help but jump up and down in excitment. Congrats i agree you are a miricle and ive never parayed before but i prayed for you. Im so happy that your gunna be okay. And best wishes cant wait to see your new movie. and thank you TMZ for putting this out there. If i could have one wish in the world to come true it would without a doubt be for you to be okay and im so thankful i got that wish. My nest one would be to meet my hero but looks like now i got that chance thank you god for saving my hero.

28. His recovery has nothing to do with prayer! He's been on a specially designed detoxifying program of niacin other vitamins as well as vegetable oil. He will eventually come forward after the program has been completed.

29. We were on his flight yesterday and he really looked great. He seemed very kind as well. My 7-year-old got in his way at baggage claim and he just said 'look out buddy' ... very gracious... I hope it all works out for kim.
