Batman vs. Mom: When Push Comes to Shove

Christian BaleSources directly connected to the Christian Bale case tell TMZ there was physical contact between Christian and his mom, but it amounted to next to nothing.

We're told Bale pushed his mom out of the way during the altercation. She was not hurt and did not fall down. There's a division of opinion on whether the contact was a "push" or a "brush."

It seems what was hurt most during the confrontation were feelings ... nothing more than feelings.

2. She didnt have a problem shoving him into show business when he was a kid and screwing him up until he refused to act.

10. I am sorry but the real question here is why were his mom and sister there with him, his wife and child anyway? Can anyone say Leeches???? Parents who throw away their own children's childhoods so they can spend the rest of their own lives sponging off them makes me sick. Tell mom and sis to get a job. 14. I'm soo tired of hearing about this story already! We get it! This isn't any different than what problably goes on everyday somewhere in the world! Families fight all the time. And sometimes people do get shoved! NEXT....

15. This is total BS. Clearly, they had a family fight, which can raise tempers to all hell, he got heated and pushed her out of the way. We dont know the severity of it, but it appears it was not anything serious. This is being completely overblown and his reps need to come out with a much stronger denial that their bland statement earlier this aft. Clearly, his mother and sister did this to hurt him and it will hurt him. Knowing the dynamics of families can be difficult, I will not hold this against him at all.
