36. * sigh* The morals police have obviously taken a vacation because these are male celebs not female, this is a typical case of the double standard. If a celeb woman was the one standing around and obviously condoneing and encourageing such public behavior in her companions and not men then there would be a serious uproar here and not the "boys will be boys "and "it looks like fun" comments. The comments would be more on the line of " that disgusting tramp " and her public standing would plummit. These lady's are being seen as tramps yes ,but the celeb guys are being seen as macho men who are " just taking advantage of their fame " for being seen with women who are behaving this way. Celeb women have seen their reputations and careers damaged for pics like this .

38. Considering the above photo was taken off the coast of Spain perhaps it is being taken out of context. Having been stationed many years ago in Spain with the USMC I found my first trips to the beach shocking. All of them were topless, if not totally nude. You couldn't even buy a 2 piece bathing suit and a one piece suit was nowhere to be found either. The same went for babies or children's suits... just bikini bottoms in various types & colors. However, Spain and most of Europe for that matter, do not look upon a topless woman the same way we do in the States. You would see children and young good looking women right alongside the old and wrinkled enjoying the sun and spending time with their families. They were not out trying to be noticed... indeed, we American's in our one and two piece suits stuck out like a sore thumb and were gawked at much more than any topless bathing beauty on the beach. It wasn't depraved nudity, it was their accepted custom and way of life. Even after being stationed in Spain for two years and accustomed to the nudity I was in for more culture shock before leaving the country. After moving our household goods to the US and awaiting the fight out we stayed a a four star hotel on the beachfront. The hotels swimming pool was situated steps away from the beach itselt, replete with umbrella tables and waiters serving those who drank and dined near the pool. The pool and tables were filled with beautiful women... all topless. Mothers nursing or toting babies around, grandmothers sitting with family. French, German, Italian and Spainish singles and families enjoying the beautiful weather, singing along to Madonna & Michael Jackson songs at the top of their lungs - but couldn't speak a word of english. Nobody stared at these women or acted like animals. Rude remarks weren't made and the women weren't targeted with unwanted attention. Indeed, the setting was like any seen here... except topless. Who hasn't goofed off with friends while taking pics? Topless? In a country where that is the norm... how shameless is that? Maybe dirty minds see filth where there is none.

39. I am so sick and tired of TMZ. They are a bunch of idiots who don't amount to anything themselves, and are hanging around being just totally JEALOUS of the ones who are able to come and go as they please. These people, Gary included, deserve the right to come and go as they please, they can afford it!

How would they like it if we, John Q. Public, would be waiting to pounce down on them each time they exited their front doors? It is so sickening that these people can't go out on a sunny day, on this boat and have a good time playing in the water and enjoying each other.

They are only picking on Gary because he kicked the @#%t out of their cameraman a while back. I was glad he did so... many more of them need to do the same thing. My thoughts! Missy
