138. And, you nut, Nick hasn't "got off". He's in jail for the ACTUAL crime he committed. Broderick never went to jail, he just got a conviction and paid a $175 fine.

Thankfully, freedom of speech is still a fundamental right that MARINES have died to protect, so Nick won't be doing time for the words he said. How ironic is that? LOL

142. The accident that happen on Aug. 26 2007 was tragic for BOTH Familes.John Graziano HAS been and no doubt will continue to be put down by all the worlds great conspirator theorist. What i don't truly understand is why are they so many claims made about the seat belt issue? I live in the state of Florida and as many other states the driver of a vehicle is responsible to make sure the seat belt's are used [PERIOD]. It's been said that Mr.. Bollea spent over $150.000 to have that car "tricked out" , During my lunch time break i seen on another blog were someone [ALLEGES] that they were involved in the customizing of Mr.Bollea's 1998 Toyota Supra. I'm not saying I would swear to what they said ,but in my opinion he made some very good if not convincing point's. I believe in the justice system and i do believe that Nick Bollea is being made a example of and i agree with that . I myself have to work ever day to be able to scrap and get by and have for a long time been tired of hearing about the Famous people's problem's that as for myself can only dream about. It's about time that celebrities were shown that they are ONE set of law's not laws for the poor and then for the idiotic rich. 145. Unless I am mistaken this is a county jail. Sad to say it but I have known plenty of people who have been incarcerated in a county jail and for all you people who are waiting with baited breath for Nick to be "raped", well, you can keep on dreamin' cause most of those "big time" felons who are in the county lock up are there for crap like habitual dwls, dui, battery, drug offenses, domestic violence charges, resisting, etc. and are not there longer than 11-29 (11 months, 29 days). Most are locals who have families in the area and many know each other and are even related. So you can just give up all the dreams and fantasies all you sickos have of Nick being raped by other inmates. Remember, what you wish so vehemently on others may come back to haunt you or one of your family members. Pervs.
