76. I don't understand why he can't stay in the Juvenile detention center, the one i know of which is in a different state. If sentenced while a minor stay in the juvenile one till they are of age 21. So is this normal for where they are or just to set an example? I mean yes bad things happened I am aware of and i am not going to post my whole opinion because that would probably just annoy all of you. Lets just leave it at this in Japan if you are caught drunk driving, not only you but every single person in the car will get the same punishment as the driver for making that CHOICE to get in the car and not stop the driver from driving. IT IS VERY SAD WHEN SOME ONE GET HURT BECAUSE OF BAD CHOICES.

80. Nick is functionally retarded. Cannot communicate effectively with adults, grasp complex situations or learn from past experiences. Sadly he and his sister are the children of junkies and will always have learning disorders. Neither child could finish high school.

90. All of the brave people writing about the sex in jail have probably been there before and that is how they know the routine. How would you feel if everyone talked about you when you were in there? This kid can't help he was born in this family. If he hadn't been,you would never have heard about this accident. Quit being jealous and leave the guy alone. He is doing his time.
