Hollywood Hit and Run Suspect Pleads Not Guilty

Heather AugerHeather Auger, the woman accused of the dramatic hit and run incident caught on tape by TMZ, plead not guilty to three felonies yesterday in court.

Auger faces three felonies: leaving the scene of an accident, DUI causing injury and driving with a .08 blood-alcohol level causing injury.

TMZ cameras caught the aftermath on camera -- including the ridiculous confrontation between Auger and the victim's friend after she allegedly fled the scene.

3. They were both drunk. The victim who walked into the street without looking both ways, and the driver who couldn't use her reflexes in time to avoid the accident due to being too sauced.

4. Not guilty? By what reasoning? Sorry little girl, you're going to be doing some jail time for this one. I'd bet the prosecutor has already got a copy of the tape the night you ran the poor girl over. And the list of witnesses is probably quite long.

7. How can honestly plead 'not guity'. Did she not get captured on video of having been quite a distance from when she hit the other gal? (Leaving the scene of a crime). Did she not test with over the limit blood alcohol level? It's a shame that people rather than own up to their responsibilities and mistakes try and dodge them at all costs...celebrities and non celebrities alike.

11. I'm Done, um people saw her car hit the girl and the evidence from the front bumper is enough to nab her.

Oh what a whirl, how do you know the girl that got hit was drunk and didnt look both ways, were you there...In any event the victim is in a world of hurt with a broken pelvis...that takes a long time to heal and you have to learn to walk again and it is sooo painful
