33. She said on the video, "I take full responsibility." Now she is pleading "not guilty." What a lame bitch. She also was fake crying on the video. She needs rehab. At the beginning of the video the drunken bitch was even SMILIING. I hope the judge takes a close look at this video.

Like M.Eazy said: pleading not guilty for this charge is standard operating procedure -- a protocol where the charge is being weighed.

One thing that was clear in the video: she's not heartless or arrogant. She was freeaked about it and sure she was probably at that moment more upset about the consequences of what she did than teh effect on teh victim, but she was also probably in shock.

She made an awful mistake and should definitely face consequences for it, but she is by no mean a heartless bitch or a Paris wannabe (or a "troll").

37. I hope this whore does at least more than a year cuz I would be real pissed if she didn't!
The same thing happpened to me the only thing that I ended up was doing was that I did make a left turn
I did hit a car full of 4 people. They were injured (minor pain) NO BLEEDING! No great bodily injury. I do regret hurting them. however I was convitced of a felony DUI. I was and still am a claims adjutser (it was on the line). I was sentencd for 1 yearin county jail. i did an actual 8 mnths (not like these celebrity hoes) I am still on probation for 5 years ans have to pay24K restitution after his hoe that did ht , sorry, but she still wants $$$ from me......................

While I agree with you that she was clearly sorry for what she did (and any laughter on her part was clearly nervousness) drinking and driving is NOT a mistake. I'm all about second chances and whatnot, but D&D is an intentional choice.
