Janice Is Still Worth Arresting in Hollywood

Janice Dickinson was stopped by cops today for committing Hollywood's hottest offense. Not DUI -- driving while on the phone. Actually, she still can't get arrested in Hollywood -- she just got a ticket.

Janice was driving with her son on the Sunset Strip and yacking on her cellphone when she was pulled over by West Hollywood Sheriff's deputies. Janice was really pissed when she saw a papper jaywalking in the middle of the street, presumably to get a shot of her. She pitched a fit, and the pap got cited. Two other pappers got tickets for driving without license plates.

We're told that Janice was actually put in the back of a patrol car, but a deputy told TMZ it was because there were so many paparazzi around they feared for her safety.

According to her rep, Janice is a "model" citizen and fully cooperated with the cops.

18. anyone out there in law enforcement????? there is something very suspicious with papps not driving with license plates, could it be for the times they run through red lights?????? for traffic light cameras?????? regardless this is very suspicious and should be investigated... we cant have people running red lights that might cause and accident and citizens should be able to write down the license plate of the papps that are driving wreckless!!!!! the police should impound the vehicles for 30 days plus a hefty fine.

20. giancarlo forti - Yes there is a "West Hollywood Sherriff". You're 50% correct. The City of West Hollywood does not have it's own PD and the LA Country Sherrif dept is called the "West Hollywood Sherriff Department". I lived there for 8 years.

21. Ok, So, I was there!! Eating at the Standard. I had a full view of everything that happened. She was pulled over and after about 10 minutes put in the back of the patrol car. She appeared to be crying and begging not to. This was BEFORE the Papparazzi came around. There was only one Pappy there at first, the guy that shot the video. She was clearly already in the patrol car. If you read between the lines, here clearly she was giving the law officers a hassle, that's why she was placed in the patrol car. I got pics too!
