In 1988, a 14-year-old Christian Bale attended the London premiere of "Empire of the Sun" with his mum Jenny and two sisters.

The past twenty years hasn't changed Bale's boyish grin, but his relationship with his mum and sis is starting to show its age.

16. I didn't realize he was in Empire of the Sun either. He was wonderful in that movie.

17. Met Christian's father (now deceased), David Bale and his step-mother Gloria Steinem while visiting Catalina Island a few years ago. They were wonderful and talkative. Bale Sr. was very proud of his son.

19. THANKS TMZ.. I TALKED ABOUT THIS FILM YESTERDAY ON ANOTHER POST ON CHRISTAIN BALE AND I DO REMEMBER THE MAKING OF THIS FILM AND THE INTERVIEW WITH WHAT WAS THEN AN UNKNOWN PRECOCIOUS LITTLE BOY.. I STILL REMEMBER THAT FILM AND HIS SERIOUSNESS EVEN THEN.. CHRISTAIN BALE HAS A SHORT FUSE, AND HIS MOTHER IS GREEDY AND RUDE...
