The 62-year-old "Godfather" star resurfaced at an event in Sydney on Tuesday, looking pale. Get her a galvanic facial stat!

Talia is the sister of Francis Ford Coppola, aunt of Nic Cage and Sofia Coppola, and the mother of "Rushmore" star Jason Schwartzman.

By the last "Rocky" sequel, Adrian Balboa has died of cancer.

Yea she looks a little pale. Whoever does her hair should know to lighten it up. As we age, our complexion can not tolerate our 30 year old haircolor. Other than that she looks wonderful.

Nepotism? Everyone has the right to hire whoever they chose. If you were going to hire a decorator for $10,000 and your beloved sister was a talented decorator who was just starting out, wouldn't you rather give her that $10,000 than a stranger? Then after she'd done a wonderful job wouldn't you show her work off to that friend who is looking for a decrator for a $50,000 job? Why is that OK but in Shire' s case it is disdainfully called nepotism?

She looks great. You think anyone who is not 21 and doesn't have a fake tan and plastic boobs looks bad. YOU look bad. And who cares how she got the part of Adrienne anyway...we loved that part.
