I have a child... and I don't have money, nannies, spa treatments etc. And I look good thank you!! It's called getting off your ass and not eating crap. It's also good genes :) Some of us were just born to reproduce. Sorry your so bitter at the world for not looking like them. But not everyone looks the same. And thats a good thing!
