34. I am so proud for Britney! Blackout was a great album and deserves the nomination for best video for Piece of Me. I am actually surprised there are still Britney haters out there now. It is sick to make fun of her now knowing that she was mentally sick for the past 4 years. It really shows your character as a person and it scares me that I live in a world with you people.

38. I have forgotten to add the more materialistic argument in favour for the good motherhood beside the already given King Salomon judgement for struggle on the baby of two mothers.


To refute the "career versus kids" argument.
The "career" has resulted in the marriage with the father and
guaranteed enough wealth to make a choice between a belove kid lif
between the two parents possible.
Therefore, the motherhood with the security of a
working alternative is the "wage" of the labour for the career.
As you know, the fame of her career of the name Spears enables a good
prognosis even for the motherhood of her little teenage sister.
Normally this motherhood at her age would be very critical in
social and psychological aspects, especially
for her kid.

To give up a lost juridical case is a bit more difficult than to give up a chess play.
As I pointed out before, after the diagnosis of mental disorder the custody case is lost anyway.

Even further one can speculate, that either the custody case has been made to get that diagnosis or the diagnosis has been made to make the custody obviously lost for our valuable Mrs. Britney Spears.
Both variants are far from a fair treatment and very bad tricking.
I myself tend to the first bad variant, but I am open for arguments in the other direction.

41. For all of you who continue to say "she gave up her kids" are so ignorant. She had NO chance of regaining custody at this time because of the c-ship. According to her lawyer, she now has the kids 40% of the time. That is a hugh increase since her "breakdown". How many of you could have climbed back out of the black hole that she was sprialing into? I, for one, believe that her goal is to get at least 50% custody of her children at sometime in the future. She has a lot to prove between now and then and working is a good thing. Not only because someone has to support them, she has the means to do that now, but to get back to her old self - the artist, performer, person that she once was. Why not work on that while she doesn't have a chance in helll of regaining custody of her children right now. Some of you just don't get it. She didn't "give them up" ... she got screwed by Lufti, Ali, K-Fed and others. She is moving forward and all of you just can't take it,.

I don't expect to her to have any custody for years to come. They're giving her increased visitation, I think, as a form of therapy, but this visitation will also continued to be monitored.

They're addressing the issue of the conservatorship in just a week. Whether or not it remains in place, will be a good indication of what her mental state is. Didn't Kevin's camp say that if the conservatorship ends that there will be a court appointed monitor present for the kid's visits?

I'm not getting into the argument if her problem is drugs, personality disorders, or mental illness because I believe that all 3 are probably present. It is well known that drug abuse actually changes the chemistry of the brain, so this is entirely plausible.
