47. That's funny how you sit her and say that this man does not rap about serious topics as you resite his lyrics to "Lollipop". Is this the only song you know by him? Why don't you try listening to more than just what you hear on the radio, or kids singing, and you'll know that this is a great rapper. He does know how to rap about serious topics and speak his mind. This man can twist things and makes it something totally different than what it is. His rymes, beats, and words are talent enough. This man is an artist, as are ALL singers & rappers in ANY genre. Just because you happen to not like this type of music or this rapper, does not mean he is a bad rapper. He is a true artist and he has nothing wrong to deserve the way you morons speak down on him. Once you know him, and every little detail of his life, maybe you'll repsect him for where he is today.

48. I'm a music producer working with hip hop artists here in Hollywood, and guess what, I'm white. what really saddens me is that I see these comments from both, extreme, sides of the spectrum. In one case you have guy who's obviously trying to stick up for one of his people by throwing ignorant comments about white people, "cereal" killers etc. That guy really needs to master the english language before he starts trying to argue a point. Just because people are criticizing Lil wayne does not mean white people think he represents the black community. Then there is the guy who talks about Lil Wayne banging your mom or sister. Another very intelligent comment, and he'd like to incite a race war too. That's fantatic. Incite something that could lead to more of your people getting hurt. Really looking out for your community aren't you. Then we got the red neck white response. Very ignorant and cowardly. Only able to spew their ignorant view through a blind post like this. I won't even dignify his post by reiterating his nonsense. That's why our country is so divided. We have too many ignorant people on opposite sides of the spectrum spewing ignorance to make themselves feel better. And they are the loud ones. The normal, common sense-type folks ususally sit on the side, quietly observing, amazed at what people out there really believe. How about focusing on YOU're situation. and trying to uplift your life and those around you rather than incite a racial war....c'mon people.

51. In America, In order for you to be successful while being black, white people must adore you as well as others who are not the same race as you... Im glad to see that Lil Wayne is a multimillionaire and white people still hate him.. 55. Taylor made, sounds like you got it all figured out. Even before you've "jumped into corporate America". White people won't hate you cuz you're black White people and any other color people won't like you because you're ignorant. Everyone is soo quick to turn things into a racial issue. Time to grow up. Once you're in the real world you'll figure that hardwork and having a good attitude will get you far and that it's not "the white man" responsible for holding you down. Also, I'm a white guy that has plenty of Lil Wayne tracks. Do I agree with everything he says, no. Would i want to hang out with the guy or have a few drinks with him, no. But he's got some tight beats that do appeal to people, hence his popluarity. so i guess your whole argument about white people hating Lil Wayne doesn't amount to much now eh?

Because JAY-Z is a more talented performer with better lyrics. He doesn't bash women & sing about perverted sex like the creepy lil gremlin does.

Johnny.....you say lil wayne is the best rapper alive. You must be a teen or in your early 20s. Most of the best rappers are old school. They are the ones that brought rap to the scene (with the help of a little tune by Aerosmith) and THEY are the ones with the real talent.

As for ripping off the Stones....any moron in the music business knows you need copyright permission. I agree he was probably just trying to make a quick buck by adding it to the CD thinking no one would notice. Unfortunately, record companies think if you put out a sexist disgusting song like "Lollipop" it'll sell real quick....and they're right! That's why they do it. And no the Stone know & they should rightfully sue. Set an example to all the other artist that try to scam off someone else's talent.
