Alison Angrim Nasty and spoiled rotten Nellie Olson is declaring war on poor blind Mary Ingalls. Say it ain't so!

According to Alison Arngrim, aka Nellie, she only played the bitch, while Melissa Sue Anderson -- Mary -- was the real thing.

In an interview with Chaunce Hayden in next week's issue of Steppin' Out, Alison goes off, calling Melissa "seriously high maintenance" and saying she was the most difficult person on the show. And she didn't stop at there. She called her mom the "worst stage mother," and compared her to Dina Lohan. Oh, it is so on!

Arngrim did admit "playing a blind girl is a drag, but [Melissa] was a bitch before she went blind." Meow!

50. Come on now. Alison is trying to get noticed and that's all it is. I don't want to hear about all the gossip that happend when they were 13 years old. Melissa Sue Anderson seemed like the most professional actress on the show. She's a class act and Alison is not.

54. Little house was and still is one my favorite shows of all time. I loved Nellie she was so funny. My favorite show was the one when her and Laura were fighting in the pond over Almonzo.....makes me giggle just thinking about it. AWW GOOD TIMES....

57. Ok, so, let's take this in context. Allison is a comedian and a good one. She had he burden of playing nasty Nellie. Melissa Sue Anderson was a good actress as evidenced by the two part episode, I'll Be Waving As you Drive Away, one of the best ever. Melissa at the very least won an Emmy nomination and I believe she won. The story goes that when Michael Landon proposed this episode Melissa was very unhappy saying Landon was trying to write her off the show. He said basically trust me and she did and won an Emmy. On the other hand, Allison has been an amazing supporter of AIDS help because her tv husband, Percival was gay and died of the disease. She is a really great woman and has been a wonderful advocate of many
charitable efforts including AIDS. I absolutely believe she wasn't try a new fued with Melissa from 30 year ago..HELLO?? why? Allison, with me on this one????

58. Hey Snookums #35 - It is complicated. Melissa Gilbert was adopted, by BOTH her parents. Her brother Jonathon, who was Willy on the show, was also adopted.

Sara Gilbert was born naturally to their mother, but her father was not Gilbert. Her mother was with another man by that time. Gilbert had died by the time Sara took his name as her stage name. She wanted to be in show business like Melissa.

59. Poor Nelly. She still Looks Like mean Nelly all grown up off air. Must suck to have her face. I will never forget the episode of her going down the hill in her wheelchair. I actually felt scared for her in that episode. Geeesh
