Nick Carter's Mom Contemptable, Busted

Nick Carter's mama was arrested this morning, allegedly over a really nasty divorce hearing.

Here's how it went down. Jane Carter, aka Jane Holcomb, aka Jane Schnek, was divorced from a guy named John Holcomb. There are still some legal odds and ends to deal with, including an allegation that she trashed the house they once shared.

John filed legal papers forcing Jane into court, but she didn't appear. So the Florida judge wants her butt in jail for not appearing and he's ordered a bench warrant. She was picked up today in Sumter County at a cemetery where the construction company she works for was doing a project. Perfect.

It ain't Donna Reed, folks.

2. Who cares! She's not the only one who's been picked up on a bench warrent and she's surely not the only parent who has to work for a living! You can't get any dirt on the stars to report so you go after the parents......... TMZ and the people's court guy - Shame on you!

4. Hmm.... I might be wrong, but isn't it spelled "contemptible" rather than "contemptAble"? Come on, TMZ.

9. This doesn't suprise me. She is a crazy women and mother. No wonder why the family is the way it is. Im a fan of Nick's since 1997 and us as fans are like "What's wrong with Jane?"

10. M-I-S-S-P-E-L-L it, did ya? TMZ, you should at least hire literate junior high school grads. The quality of mercy is not strained but your "writers' " syntax and spelling certainly are. I'm almost embarrassed for you. Almost.

11. She is such a train wreck, no wonder the younger sibs are all emotionally screwed up. Aaron tried to get emancipated, and got arrested. Nick had to act like mom and dad

13. I don't know about the entire Carter family... Nick actually has turned out to be decent human being (at least he is to his fans, and probably because he was raised to learn how to be a man by the other Backstreet Boys than he ever did from his own family), I don't know about Angel, but Leslie seems to have her head on straight. The other family members...? hrmmm Can't speak for them........*shakes head*
