Speidi: The More You Hate the More We Make

We live in a world where Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt can afford to buy a $12 million beach home in Malibu.

We didn't believe it when we saw the video of the couple we love to hate as they went house shopping yesterday in the Bu. They looked at two homes: the aforementioned $12 mil beach house (also for rent for $90k a month) and a 10,000 sq. ft. estate with an asking price of more than $15 mil.

So we thought it was a big publicity stunt, until we called the realtor who showed the property. Sandro Dazzan says they're "serious buyers," although he doesn't think they'll pull the trigger right away. Dazzan stunned us when he said they can afford the $12 million beach house right now, but that they're "at least six months" out from being able to afford the bigger house.

How's that for closure.

21. There is no way they can afford the payments - do the math - a couple grand at an opening isn't earning them this. Staged by the pathetic real estate agent and them.

22. NOT A CHANCE. First of all, an agent cannot legally comment to anyone (much less the PRESS!!) on someone's financial status even IF they know what it is, which they generally do NOT other than what they've been told. They will have no clus until they see a letter of credit or open escrow. Secondly, they MIGHT, on a good day, be able to make the rental at $50K/month for a few months, but neither of them could buy a $2MM house much less anything in that range, and that's a fact 'cuz I snooped their financial data. All these losers do is try to create perception - don't be stupid enough to fall for it. The cars are loaned to them for the show, the clothes given by designers wanting to get them on tv, etc. Other than what YOU people are willing to make them worth, they have NO value, NO wealth, and NO income!

23. It's all fake. Publicity Stunt. They don't have the money to pay for a 10 or 15 million dollar house. Come on folks. Think about it. There's a lot to think about when buying a house at that amount. TAXES. UPKEEP. INSURANCE. Especially in Malibu with all of those fires. People that fork over that amount are multi millionaries/billionaries. Hedge Fund Investors,CEO's,"A" List celebrities, movies directors,producers,directors,foreign buyers,etc... People like that afford houses in that range. Not some dumb a&s fake actors on some scriptilty show (my new phrase for trash like The Hills).
