78. let's see...Spencer has an MBA from where? Did he even go to college? Heidi graduated from high school. These morons need to just disappear for awhile. 80. I live in Malibu, I have worked in the real estate marker here for years and know all the ins-and-outs of it. I have had dealings before with this ass hole and his real estate firm/office. It is so very staged, he is in on it, this is not the first time he has sunk to publicity stunts to get attention either or make sales. These two morons could not afford those homes, and Ass hole Sandro and his family know it too. I'll believe it when I see it at closing. Not gonna happen. They might be able to rent, but not buy one of those two premier properties, i know exactly which ones they are. Had they of come to my office, we would have laughed them out the door. First off, we know for a fact they would not have qualified any time soon, and would not have wasted out time w/them. 2nd off, we would never stoop soooooo low as to be a part of staged photo ops for these two, can't qualify, idiots. OUR clients are legitimate high income earners who DEMAND a very high level of privacy. Which is what we give them bar none.NOT fake staged photo ops with paid paps and two potential "buyers" who can NOT afford the properties they are looking at and wasting MY time. What a joke they are.....all THREE of them.

84. Can someone please explain to me why these two people are even famous in the first place??? I'm 28, so I guess I'm too old to be cool enough to know who these two ridiculous looking people are. It's a shame that with the economy and housing market the way that it is today that two people who are D-List celebrities for whatever reason are shown blowing millions on a house when the rest of us are struggling not to lose our homes.

85. They are so fake and I hate them so much. However, I love to watch them make complete fools of themselves! Have you ever noticed how both Heidi and Spencer look directly at the camera after each fake kiss, and fake smile! I would love to see how they look at each other and talk to each other when no cameras are around. I love how they think that they're so loved and wanted, when in fact, people just want to see how stupid they're going to make themselves look this week. To answer your question re: Heid and Spencer, the reason they are famous in teh first place is because of shows, websites like TMZ.

They are complete talentless fakes and phonies. If TMZ would stop reporting on the for a month, they would get lost in the black hole of obscurity, as most of the people they report on.
