Britney and KFed -- Case Closed!

The war will soon officially be over in the Britney custody case today.

Within the next hour Brit's lawyer will settle -- filing papers that will officially end the custody battle. She will get more visitation, and down the line Brit may ultimately end up with 50/50 custody.

UPDATE 6:13 PM ET -- K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is at court right now filing the papers. It's almost ovah, y'all!

I can only imagine being 2 yrs old and knowing that the next 16 yrs of my life would be 3 sleeps there and 4 sleeps there in one week and back to 3 sleeps there and 4 sleeps there the next week, over and over for years. That would suck. So who in the end will take them to close mostly monday thru friadys? will britney only get the weekend visits? Major Headache.

32. What happened to having to have a job to support or get custody of your kids? Here is a high profile case, the judge knows Federline isn`t bringing in much money, but still the judge gives EVERYTHING to him.
Why is the judge not making Federline show receipts for everything he spends Britney`s money on? What about showing an account opened in the boy`s names for a third of the money he is getting for them? How much has he saved in the last year? Everybody knows those kids mean nothing to him. All they are is a meal ticket to him. Without Britney and the kids, he would still be a nobody and he needs to remember that.
