31. WAIT A MINUTE, Super Twit earns close to 900,000 dollars a MONTH in RESIDUALS - alone, and K-Fed is ONLY getting 20,000 dollars a month for child support with primary custody?!?! She'll never miss it. He could have gotten way more - IF he were trying to take her to the cleaners. K-Fed's not perfect - or cute for that matter - but, I think he really took it easy on Super Twit on this one. He could've gotten a whole lot more - EVERYONE knows she is crazy as a loon. She is basically paying for a very inexpensive full-time Nanny. Oh, she's got it made.

33. It's all as it should be. If she had tried to fight, everything she did in the past would have been rehashed, and she would have lost anyway. Courts look at past behavior because that's all they have to go on. A lot of time has to pass before they believe there is a positive change in her behavior.

She might be able to have actual custody in about 10 years, if she stays on the straight and narrow. I don't believe she gave away her boys - I think she had no choice in the matter.

34. K Fed only wanted the kids for money!! Now he has official custody lets see him out taking care of them and not the nanny! I doubt you will get many pics of him being a great dad because he is too busy out doing his own thing. Dad of the year, don't make me laugh!! He left Shar when she was pregnant. It's all about the MONEY and nothing else. Britney is getting it together and soon she WILL get her kids back off that money grabbing loser. He is probably getting a kickback from all these lawyers. I wonder how much of the $20,000 the kids will see? Too busy leaving big tips and acting like he's somebody famous! GET A JOB KEV and make your kids proud, all 4 of them.

Did Britney care that Kevin had a girlfriend with one child already, and another on the way? Nope. Did she beg Kevin to marry her? Yep. Was Britney already out-of-her-mind when she took up with Kevin? Yep. If you think Kevin is such a low life, why do you believe that he was capable of foreseeing what the future might bring?

Britney was the one who wanted the kids right away, not Kevin. Now that these two little people are here, he is just trying to protect them. I believe that he cares about and loves all of his four children, but Sean and Jayden are high profile because of Britney.

He shields his children from the paparazzi, as best he can. Britney never did that when she use to have custody of them. Not only is she mentally ill, she is extremely immature, and it will be miracle if she ever regains custody of them again.

36. I don't think she really wants custody or will ever have it. She has yet to prove she can even take care of herself.

This is a perfect arrangement. She's like a distant aunt who gets some play dates, then the kids go home to the real parent. The only people who seem to have a problem with it are her obsessed fans who are as crazy as Britney is, and view custody like some kind of trophy to be won from Kevin, rather than a commitment to the lives of two you humans.

Of course you're 100% right. I believe that she should really be committed to a mental institution, where she might have a chance of getting well. Doesn't look like that will ever happen. Her fans just don't believe how mentally ill she really is, and want to blame Kevin for all of her troubles. No one ever says: Why did you do all the s*it you did, before. Oh well, at least her boys are safe from her for now. If I were Kevin, I'd insist that there was no danger present from her towards her sons before I'd even let her near them.

41. I actually, genuinely, truly, madly, deeply, believe that it is a fine thing that Brit is not seeking full custody. She knows she is not really fit. I have no idea if K-Fed would be fit to be the sole parent, but on of the major benefits guys get, is that they can have nurturing women (sisters/mothers, etc.) by relation or hire, do the primary nurturing, and the guy can play good dad to the relative benefit of the kids.

42. Kevin doesn't need Britney's money to support his other kids. The amount he gets in child support isn't pulled out of the air, the court has a formula based on the expenses and income of both parents.

Kevin got several million dollars in cash from the sale of the house and he earns hundreds of thousands of dollars in appearances, according to docs he's filed with the court and reports of the parties he's "hosted" lately, which means they pay him to show up. I think I read his going rate is $50,000-100,00 for an evening appearance, which leaves countless hours in his week to be a parent to all four of his children.

He sees his other kids all the time. He just doesn't sell his kids out to the paparazzi like Britters.

I haven't read all the comments I'm sorry, but my first thought was - if Britney is paying the biological father that much a month - what does he pay Britney for three days, one overnight stay over a month. Her money is for him to feed and clothe the children, pay for the nanny's, pay his living expenses, his trips to Vegas and so on. She loves shopping so she would be buying clothes for them - maybe he pays her back out of his $20K a month. Isn't that insane - that much money to feed and clothe two young children. Great strategy on his part - never has to work again until the youngest is 18. Boy, I can't wait until she is in real control again. Does he pay maintenance for his other children from his earnings? Ha ha and ha. What an awful human being that greasy looking male is.
