18. She is 44 - born in 1963.
She's from Philadelphia too and often sang the National Anthem before the Flyers Hockey games when she was older. I ran into her in the Ladies room there and she was so sweet and so incredibly pretty in person! Her photos don't do her justice! The girl is a great talent and I hear her daughter who is around 20 was also on Broadway. Anyway, Andrea kindly signed an autograph for me and listened to me rave about what a fan I was. A really genuine person. She still is the best Annie ever!

19. Um, YankeeFan- Obviously you are an expert on plastic surgery and asthetic enhancements. I hate to break it to you, but noses are not always symmetrical. Most, in fact are NOT symmetrical. Symmetry is supposed to be the ideal and typical in people we find "attractive" but it is definitely not the norm.

22. I met her shortly after her daughters birth. I had a job at the Mall as the "Easter Bunny" . She wanted photos of the baby taken. She was gracious and kind, and even posed for photos and autographs from passer-bys. She was very down to earth and genuine. I wish her much peace and joy. She really is that pretty in real life.

24. I think Andrea looks great. Saw her as Evita in Evita this Spring in SW Florida. She's got what it takes to continue a wonderful career in Theatre. I understand she has her own show, now traveling around! Good going, Andrea!

25. I met and spoke to Andrea McCardle and her 20 year old daughter on the RFamily Cruise. I told her she didn't look old enough to have a 20 year old daughter and she said, "Thanks honey, but I'm 47!" She told me this herself. I don't think she'd fudge her age up. We women of a certain age usually fudge down, not up.

26. Andrea McArdle has lived an extraordinary life, she has gone more places and done more things and met more people than anyone i have even heard about.
If life is a journey than she can be said to have outstriped every explorer who ever ventured forward.
Is she older? yes, but she is more refined than she was when she was a kid.
Time has been very good to her, she was born November 5th 1963 ( that would make her 44)and she has been holding up fine, as for her saying she is older than she realy is i have heard her do it before repeatedly.
She is physicaly strong and nimble, most women could only wish they were like her when they reach middle age, most that i know are the total opposite of her ,i seperate species.
I have some bad pictures of her, the problem is the background is usually too dark and the flash too harsh.
Admitted i never saw one of her where her makeup was so apparent, normaly she is more subtle.
But look past the make up and what do you see? you see the same sparkling eyes and unending smile she has had since she was an infant - hers has been a life of happiness .


Lastly regarding Sarah Jessica Parker, she was ANNIE in 1979 between Shelly Bruce who took over in 1978 and Allison Smith who took over in 1980.

Sorry K.D. she is strait, i can see why you made that assumption but the Rosie Odonnell cruises are just another venue to perform for her, just because a person is in the general vicinity of one group does not make them a member, that is like saying someone at the Neurenburgh trials was a Nazi because they were in the same court room.

Gay people are her formost audience, she is NOT going to get work from people who do not even remember her.
She has worked ever sinse she was eight years old and she has never been denied something to do in all those years .
She has a small devoted audience with Strait people and they want to see her perform, but the Gays are vocal in thier support, she is simply doing what she loves to do regardless of thier sexual orientation.

As i told a mutual friend recently she is as big as she wants to be, she lives the life and persues her career as she wishes to have, playing to a limited audience means she cannot spread her creative wings as she should but if she is happy and content no other factors are importaint.
