2. What? A TMZ story about photographers getting arrested, and you guys aren't crying foul? Everytime something like this happens, TMZ puts the story up boo-hooing about how it's so unfair, that papparazzi always get picked on. I'm just suprised that they actually took the celebs side on this one. However, if the photogs hadn't been caught by the guards and were able to sell those pics, TMZ would have paid whatever for them. They're hypocrites like that.

3. All this has gotten way out of hand! Celebrities are entitiled to privacy, what's it going to take for the paps to be stopped? Just because you're a star doesn't mean you automatically give up your right to privacy, no matter what. Besides wasting tax payer dollars with having to call the police. Maybe they should have to foot the bill.

7. Prosecute? Why? They love every minute of it, and would be furious if nobody showed up to "invade their privacy." It makes them feel important. Celebrity couples who take their kids out and act like normal human beings don't need to hire an army.

9. Halle Berry pushes back against 'backyard' paps

Halle Berry said a paparazzi went too far to get a shot of her infant daughter, alleging that the shooter trespassed on her private property and snapped them hanging out in the backyard.

The Oscar-winning actress was upset when pictures of her holding four-month-old Nahla Ariela Aubry showed up on the Internet and in two celebrity magazines. In a statement, Berry disputes the notion that the photos were taken when she was ''out and about in Los Angeles.''

Evan Spiegel, an attorney representing Berry, said a criminal complaint has been filed and an investigation is under way. He said there are witnesses who saw the photographers in the middle of a ''very blatant and invasive trespass.''

A person who answered the phone Friday at Fame Pictures, the agency that distributed the photos, said he had no immediate comment.

''The paparazzi have gone too far,'' Berry said in a statement to The Associated Press. She vowed to do everything possible to get the photographer prosecuted and protect her infant daughter.

Besides pursuing criminal charges against the photographer, Berry is seeking to get the photos removed from the Web. In her statement, Berry said she will never sell pictures of her children.

''I have long since come to terms with the fact that choosing a career as an actress has made me a public figure, but my baby has made no such choice, and unless and until she does, I will do everything I can ... to keep her out of the public eye,'' the statement read.

The photos, some of which have blurred leaves in the foreground, show Berry holding her daughter, standing near a table in what appears to be a private backyard. Berry's mother is also in some of the pictures.

Berry said she wants anyone who used the photos to know they were illegally obtained.

11. The Jolie/Pitts will go to any lengths to have their names in print...most likely this was all a publicity ploy. Yano Angie Jo has to be in all the paps more times than any sane celeb....go away and stay away grungy low lifes.....bonjour!!!

14. I don't feel sorry for this celebrity trash family in the least. Not in the least.
Why? They love it. Period.
Celebrity trash has long been known to seek this attention. They sell pics of their own children to the media... they "faux" chair charities...all for publicity and attention.
Look at their lifestyles... shameless excess.
And they tell US to clean up the environment when THEY are the worst abuser of carbon emissions and extreme excess waste.
Shame on any of you who support the lifestyles of these thugs. They are raping the earth and society for money and fame.
And YOU are falling for it hook line and sinker.
Find some real humans to feel sorry for... look around you.
You have homeless children... starving children... abused children all around you.
And you sit there and feel sorry for this trash.
Well let me tell you this.... celebrity trash like this could care LESS about you. They want your attention and money... and nothing more.
You could be dying of hunger on the street and they would walk right by. They are better than you. You are not worth the mountains of trash they create weekly.

15. If they don't want to reap all the grotesque benefits of fame - grotesque wealth, treatment like royalty, jetting around the world in environmentally-unfriendly-selfish-helicopters, then they can't complain about the downside.

So sick of whiny celebs whining about paps. Everything comes with a price. These people could stop making movies, retreat into obscurity, retire for life, and never deal with paps again. But they don't. So stop whining. There are real problems in the world going on.

And to those morons who defend celebs, why are you at this site, and participating in it - these are the publications that support paps. Hypocrites.
