96. If I didn't know that this was Ali Lohan, I'd probably guess that this person was in her early 20's. It's so tragic, more than sad really, that personally or publicly, these barely-teenaged girls want to grow up, physically, long before it's time to. The recent speculation about whether Ali is Michael's daughter....she looks a lot like him and she could be his daughter by another relationship while he and Dina were separated.
As for Miley, 15/16 is way too young to be on the cover of a mag, one shoulder bared, whether Daddy or some other adult was on-set or not. Couldn't you have at least waited until you were older.
The three of these girls, they want to look older before their time, then....when they are older, they want plastic surgeon to look younger. They need counselling more than they need anything else. Where are these girls' parents, divorced or not???

The period (no pun intended) you are so cluelessly referencing could, I suppose, be literally referred to as "pre-pre-menopause" but unless a 15 year old has had a hysterectomy, it is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE for her to be pre-menopausal.
