211. it just looks like a bad picture; her skin looks fine, it sure doesn't look like some 50 year old skin; either she has candy in her mouth or she needs to put on a few pounds to fill out her face...she looks fine without her make up...there are so many nasty comments on here and i am sure many of you can put on make up and still not look as good as madonna...

212. Dr. Wenk and TLC, Thank you for the explanations of Greg R.'s comments. I think, Dr. Wenk, the problem may be that your translation is literal rather than figurative. And I certainly understand bigots. I am of German descent and when my daughter mentioned this in a history class about Europe, her classmates immediately asked her if she was a Nazi. For the record, my great-grandmother emigrated from Prussia in 1870 and married a man whose family had come over earlier. I have always been proud of my German heritage as well as all the other ethnicities I can claim..

214. Is she doing some sort of clensing diet or fasting for her religion? With her veins and muscles protruding as they are, it appears she is not eating/drinking anymore or is fasting. I would like to see more recent photos. Maybe this IS her natural look and we have just never seen it until now. Who knows. Time will tell.

220. I wish celebritys would go out a little less made up more often, then maybe people would realize they are human beings with
feelings, that have good days and bad days. Anyone can snap a bad picture at a wrong angle, it happens. I'm not even one of her biggest fans. Again if anyone had to live a life with being scrutinized over every little picture, a pound, a bad hair day
and god forbid a real human problem, and have it blown up the way the media and paparazzi. I wish their were more rules to protect the children.

224. Could that picture be doctored? With photoshop and all one wonders. It's a bad photo of her, but think of how good she looks for her age (in better pics taken of her) and the fact that she just signed multi-million $$ contract with major label. When y'all reach 40+ you'll be thinking...dang I wished I looked that good and had the talent to be in that kind of demand! :)
