Shia's Crash -- Blow-by-Blow Account

We have learned details of what happened just moments after the crash.

A witness tells us he heard a loud crash around 2:45 AM, then the sound of Shia's truck rolling over. The witness said he heard what he thought was a girl screaming "F**k," among other things.

When he got down to scene, Shia was already out of the car and the female riding with him was crawling out of the driver's side of the truck. The truck was smoking, making noise and still running. The driver of the other car was also out of the car by this time.

Shia and the female stood over by a wall while people were checking to see if everyone was okay. The witness said unlike most of the wrecks he's seen in the dangerous intersection, no one was cursing or yelling at each other. It took the cops 4-5 minutes to arrive at the scene.

Two ambulances -- along with one fire truck -- showed up, and all parties involved walked to an ambulance unassisted. There were no breathalyzers or tests done at the scene.

48. This so sad..I would thimk given the advantage of the money he has ,that it would be smart to have someone drive you around..I don't get it. He could've been killed or killed/hurt someone else. Gee such a promising actor on the road to ruin. and such a cutie... : (

The thing with Hollywooders goin 6 feet under due to a car wreck is that due to the money they have, their vehicles are very crash resilient, so it's hard for the grim reaper to catch 'em that way-easier to do it with drugs or a crazed fan assasin. Oh well, at least this one is out of sight (but never out of mind of some of you gal teenie boppin Laboof lovers) for a while.

50. This kid is just another no talent, disposable Hollywood wanker. He obviously can't handle any of his success. And as far as those saying he has a "disease" in terms of his drinking.... What other "diseases" go away when the person decides to have a little integrity and grow up? There are millions of people that can handle their alcohol (and sometimes drugs) without consequence. The ones who become "addicts" are just self centered monsters who insist on taking the ones around them down with them.

51. Actually, Bumblebee was supposed to be the designated driver but he had a little too much High Octane Chevron (with Tecroline). Shia was forced to take the wheel not knowing his truck was actually Scorponok' in disguise who flipped itself while simultaneously injecting Shia with several doses of Stoli and Red Bull.

54. Ok Paramount fired Tom Cruise for jumping up and down a couch - we all know it had to with Paramount not wanting to pay Tom Cruise $30 million plus per movie. If Paramount is so so concerned with its image, why do they hire the likes of Robert Downey Jr. and Shia LaBouf. Gees you would think that a celebrity involved with a DUI accident would warrant a dismissal? Soon as the last great actors such as Harrison Ford, and John Travolta quit Hollywood, it wont be long before Hollywood goes to hell in a hamper. I am telling ya, Hollywood is loosing its class.

55. I dont know how so many of us get caught up in the world of other people's business or problems. I like Shia's movies and stuff, but as far as what he does in his life, I really don't care as to smethin like this, u can't help but care that no one was hurt or killed. The guy is a young man, living pretty good, not having to worry about the things the rest of us in the non-celebrity world do have to worry about. He's youNg, right now not that bright on making choices as far as his career, but loosen the verbal negative grip people from around his neck. If there's 1 thing said- U LIVE AND LEARN!!!!

57. The jails are so over-crowded in Los Angeles anymore that even regular people hardly spend any time in jail for DUIs. A friend was sentenced to only 7 days for his second DUI which resulted in a no-injury accident. He was out in 5 hours. Didn't even see a cell. I live 2 blocks from that intersection and walk by there ALL the time to go to the Ralph's supermarket that is located there. No hookers and blow are found at that intersection. You have to go to another section of the neighborhood like Hollywood and Highland or on Sunset. And I know this because I live here and walk around all the time so you see the prostitutes and dealers plying their wares open to public view. And to view of the cops who do nothing.

58. Its now clear that Shia, even if he was intoxicated, was not at fault. Other witnesses say the other driver ran a red light, probably T-boning Shia. Lets track THAT guy down and follow him around. I'd ask him a few questions, and NOT, "Are you Samuel J. Witwicky?"

I for one cant wait to see his next movie!

59. How can accident not be Shia's fault when cops give him special treatment with no breath test? If Shia was a rap star, the cops would have just locked him up right then and there. I'll bet Shia LaBeouf is already wasted a week later this Saturday night. He'll probably fall asleep drunk with a cigarette and set his house on fire next.

60. that is jus great another star that is drinking and driving what is he going to get a big slap on the wrist and the judge will say "dont do this again or u will get a trip to the rehab center where u will stay there for a whole 3-5days till u learn your lesson oh and u have to pay the court fees" just like the rest of the celebs am i right cause when it comes down to reality people that are not celebs get the real stuff we stay in jail he could have got attempted man slaughter for the other nerd that was dumb enough to be in the car when she knew he had been drinking but, "hey its ok shia i know you are drunk but you can still drive right"? well am sure there will be more celebs that get away with murder because they are rich and famous but to me they are nothing just people who think they own the world cause they have money. any one who likes what i said and who is with me feel free to leave your love or hate mail it don't bother me. dont get me wrong i love the celebs but i dont like how they act.
