18. And once again - DUI is only a misdemeanor why?? DUI drivers KILL people - that is murder. The driver of the other car in this case was lucky but what about the next time Shai does this after getting a slap on the wrist? Alcholism is NOT a disease - it is a choice. We are the only nation that calls it a disease. Get over it. He knew what he was doing and should be thrown in prison for years for it. Maybe it will save a few innocent lives.

I dont see why these fools get away with this crap when they should be treated like every other drunk driver!. Endangering lives isn't something money should buy especially when your the culprit no matter what the coin you make. Are these judges bought to give a 2 or 3 day sentence ....like f*ck! 28. Whats the speed limit there? For a car to be able to hit a truck with enough force to flip the truck over he had to have been going fast. Shia was turning left so he wasn't going that fast. Not saying it wasn't Shia's fault, but just curious since I don't know that area at all.
