Donna Summer -- Disco Dinosaur

At her sold-out concert in Atlantic City this weekend, 59-year-old '70s disco diva Donna Summer proved she's still got wide appeal.

But after this purple Barney dress debacle, let's hope it's her stylist's last dance.

76. She is a beautiful woman, and I think that dress would be unflattering on anyone. Donna you are still the Queen!

77. I don't know who the woman is in the picture, but you can rest assured it is NOT Donna Summer! (depite what some bloggers will say here to the contrary). I hope Donna turns around and sues TMZ for a lot of money because of it, too.

78. TMZ- Why such hateful, hurtful, disrespectful words? All the negativity you write will come back to haunt you. Why do I even bother coming to this trashy site?

79. Donna is still incredible in concert, her face looks beautiful and her body is natural, at least she isn't fake like most of the celebrities.

80. I danced to a many of her hits in my younger days. I was slim and beautiful to behold. We all will get older if we live! I will always love her.

83. Mean spiritedness run amuk!!! Thank you TMZ, and Perez Hilton too, for continuing to 'dumb it down'. Take the most unflattering picture from an awful angle and blast it on this site for the world to see. No wonder Nina Simone and Tina Turner left the country! Respect your elders Mr. Levin. Not everyone is a size zero nor should they be seen through the prism of a white woman ideal. And believe me a lot of those skinny b**ches are no joy to be around! Donna seems like a very pleasant soul who is content with her life and at peace in her soul. Not to mention a wonderful singer who has graced us with her talents in spite of all the 'hateration'. Continue to deceive and dumb it down Mr. Levin. Just note that some of us aren't so easily taken.

84. When are you guys going to stop attacking people about their weight? It's disgusting and just adds to self-esteem problems and self-image problems that so many people people face because the media thinks that people who weigh more than they did when they were born are "fat" and "ugly". As a leading entertainment web site, I challenge you to think a little bit about the consequences of this kind of entry, and those that glorify unhealthy uber-skinny models and actors/actresses.

85. Donna Summer may have gained weight, and it is not appealing on her at all, however it does NOT take away the fact that this woman still sings beautifully, she is cool, a real down to earth person, and NOT a bitch Diva like other crappy Divas out there. i.e. Madonna, Mariah, Barbra, Celine, etc...
BIG or small, Donna Summer remains on top of her art of singing and music anc can still sing circles around of a lot of wanna be singers of today. I LOVE Donna, and always will and have since 1975. She will always remain my favorite female singer. GOD bless you dearest Donna Summer. Aint NO one gonna get you down baby gurl, so" Stamp Your Feet" sugar bowl! !
