No one knows for sure yet if he was drunk, but now there’s a witness that seems to think he wasn't drunk, and that Shia did the right thing, at least, after the accident.

29. It's unfortunate that kids, even celebrity kids do not understand the reasons why people should not drink and drive. Its not limited to Shia, and who in this world ever gets to choose their parents.. The boy grew up in a harsh world, and I do believe he is doing the best he can.. Just needs to figure it out, that drinking heavy is not just for fun, its for ducking problems. Driving when he is drunk, is a element of pride and stupidity. Think we need to support the boy and encourage him to find a way to work his problems out, without trying to hide from them. This goes for so many other people, not just for celebrities. Leave the Mom alone, who are we to judge.. Why would she shut down when ask about her son, would you have opened up and told the paps anything.. Heck no, they would have turned it into something worse than what it is.. Truth in Media?????????

30. It might be time for the general public to turn the tail on the paps.. What about a website that shows the Paps acting stupid, or looking pretty rough, displayed with the general public comments... Could be done.. anyone interested can email their opinon...... I think such a web site will begin to show people exactly what is going on out there, and they will understand what the celebrities are really going through. So, far this has all been one sided and people aren't getting the true information they really need. You are aware that Paps do ask celebrities to flip them off so they have a photo of it, and then display it to the public, to make the celebrity look bad......
