17. That kitchen above is Ugly. My kitchen in my house is prettier more style . I have crown molding
lights above and below the cabinets . Viking appliances ( stainless steel ) . Plus my kithenette in the
basment is prettier too . They over charged her , if you do the job yourself , you can save $$$$$$$$$.

If I had a construction company to do my kitchen , the way it looks now , it would cost me $60,000
I did it for $30,000 , 20x20 sq ft . I rather do the work ourselves or I could get my friend who has his
own construction company , do the job , but instead , he buys the material for us and we get it at his Cost.
No middle man .

I know another man , he has a huge construction going on , he has 40 lumber companies , he owns a bank
yes you read that correctly , plus he has so much land ( 40 different pieces of land throughout this area , he sells it out to construction companies , and tells them if you buy the land you can get a discount on lumber , etccccc ,
through him , plus he owns his , own realestate company ,,,,,,,,,,,,When you talk to him , he's so down to earth of a person , he doesnt act like he snotty or anything , very pleasant person .
He gave his daughter his first home , which is the 12 ,000 sq ft , I said above , it has 12 car garage ,
to much to list. He went out and had another mansion built for him and his wife ,
the kids doesnt live at home how ,they're adults. It's nice to know someone who owns construction companies.


Olson Twins can afford anything if they wanted , but they need not to tear anything part . If you don't like the
way a home / townhome /condo look , just dont rent or buy it .


I appreciate my house , so glad we did the work outselves . 4bedrooms / 4 bathrooms , 3 car garage , rec room ,
media room . inground pool , walkout basement with patio and deck . 4,000 sq ft .

30. People lets keep this in perspective. Media outlets (gossip rags) like TMZ are making this a story. Most likely, it's a non-issue. In fact it is! There's no big story herre. MK is a great girl. Both Olsen's are. She can afford $30,000. Think about it -- if she was going to have to retrun the kitchen to the way it was before she did her renovations, that would have been at least $15 - 20K in that part of town. So the Landlord DOUCHE went in and did the remodel without giving her time (and it is ugly now). He may have used cheap labor for all we know and only spent $10K to do it and now sees a way for him to pocket $20K. Pure speculaion on my part.

The point is, now she doesn't have to do the remodel and honestly, $30K is not a lot to her. But! The fact she is figthing the Landlord tells me that she feels he is in the wrong and being dishonest, so she has her Lawyer handle it. I believe her.
