Dr. Phil-billy Won't Be a Bev Hillbilly

Sources tell TMZ Dr. Phil has had his fill of Bev Hills. He's selling his mansion.
We're told, it's all on the down low. In real estate parlance, it's a pocket listing, which means it's not in the Multiple Listing Service. The realtor is Billy Dolan with Coldwell Banker in 90210.

Billy boy isn't talking, but we're told the asking price is a cool $18 million. He and Robin bought the pad in 2002, reportedly for $7.5 million in cash. It's a 7 bedroom, 8 bathroom mansion with 2 fireplaces, limestone floors, a cement pond and a guest house. As the Real Estalker reported in April, rumors are swirling the couple are headed for splitsville.

Since he's in the market, we hear Britney is selling.

18. Dr. Phil also has another property on the market but he's priced it sooooo high that he purposely doesn't want it to sell so he can negotiate with the bank, so it's been rumored. It's the property his reality tv show was filmed in. His company owns it and his son lived in it. I understand the property is on Detroit St, just north of 9th st. Someone told me one of his spoiled sons was living in it. BTW, Dr. Phil is a douche. His license should be revoked.

19. Dr. Phil, Dubya and the Papa Joe Simpson clan in the same city? Well, there goes the neighborhood.

I think Dr. Phil could live anywhere. It's Robin and her massive collection of Christmas nutcrackers and her wardrobe full of Leopard printed capri pants and denim jackets that I don't think is big enough for here in the DFW Metroplex.

20. Dr Phil is a bigger con artist than I thought if he thinks he can away with selling a house for 2.5 more than he paid for it 5 years ago in this real estate market. His ego is beyond gigantic. I hope his ego gets deflated real soon along with his tv show ratings.

21. It was widely published that old Doc Phil paid $12 mil- CASH for this house. Yes, I said- CASH. Apparently he wanted everyone to know that he had that kind of money to throw away. I've never heard of anyone being so stupid that kind of money into a house- unless you were going to live in it for the rest of your life. That's simply Real Estate 101. ILand will always be valuable- not houses. don't believe that this house is now valued as $18 million because the real estate market has been especially hard hit in L.A.- more so in Beverly Hills. I'm sure his neighbors are laughing up a storm.
