121. Is he what his friends are? To serve and protect? Isn't this exactly the sort of harassment and abuse that police are suppose to protect people from? What is someone doing as a police officer if they are not respecting people's rights such as privacy? What sort of conduct was the one making that accusation been involved in to think that? Lindsay Lohan is someone who respects people and their privacy. Why was he trying to hurt someone who is such a kind, wonderful person as Lindsay Lohan?

122. This chief has made statements about these 3 celebs in the past and in poor taste I might add very unprofessional. The paps harrass and stalk other celebs (Tobey Macquire)spelling ?? They kept him blocked and blinded while he was trying to leave after dinner.
So yes the paps are out of control and he needs to do something about this. Make sure their legal first of all. Secondly make a distance of how close they can come to the celebs.
