Hilton to McCain: Take My Money and Shove It

Kathy Hilton has slammed John McCain for his ad featuring her precious daughter Paris -- especially, as we reported, after she and her hubby forked over $4,600 to his campaign.

Kathy told the Huffington Post, "It is a complete waste of the money John McCain's contributors have donated to his campaign. It is a complete waste of the country's time and attention at the very moment when million of people are losing their homes and their jobs. And it is a completely frivolous way to choose the next President of the United States."

78. You people are missing the point. The Hiltons thought making campaign contributions to McCain was obviously the thing to do until that ad came out. Now, Kathy doesn’t want anyone contributing any more money to his campaign. Period. This BS rhetoric of hers is just that -- BS. It's got nothing to do with the mortgage crisis, or a "frivolous way to elect a president." I've always heard she was a true biatch -- she certainly is. And an ignorant one at that...her statements don't even make any sense.

81. It really has nothing to do with Paris Hilton but it has everything to do with McCain'a lousy character - he is trying to use Paris and Britney to get himself elected.

87. Kathy Hilton read a newspaper. The items you stated that need to be addressed (ie. people losing their homes and jobs) are not going to be solved by either McCan or NoBama before 2009. Call your friends in Congress and tell them to get back in session and pass off shore drilling legislation. Then the people that have lost their jobs and the ones that overextended themselves on houses they couldn't afford can get to work! The commercial is pretty funny. They should have shown Oprah and Ellen D. fawning all over Obama instead of Brit and Paris (that is insulting to Obama). And lets face it, It is hard to address Obama's stance on issues seeing that twice in the last week he flipped in Florida (space funding and drilling). Everyone calling McCain names, can you tell me why I should vote for Obama, or one reason you support him. I am trying to understand it. I really am open. I just don't get the hype.
