If she was of minority origin M.K.O. would already be issued a subpoena to testify without immunity.The fact is rich people,especially white people get a free pass from the judicial system.Just look at todays prisons where the majority of convicts are black,or hispanic.M.K.O. already wants immunity from the prosecuter?What is she hiding?Did she give Ledger the drugs?For her to want immunity before she answers any questions seems highly suspicious to me.I would not be the least bit surprised if the D.A.buried this accusation against M.K.O.Thats just how society works in the world.

(New York Minute), a college dropout (NYU), dresses like a hobo when not a hobo and
now want immunity from prosecution you know you have problems. Who knows what
Mary-Kate knows, but her behavior indicates she has done something illegal, probably
drug trafficking or letting someone "Ledger" be intoxicated and do nothing about it, it
seems to me the guilt is there. I think Mary-Kate Olsen should face prosecution if evidence
is found that she assisted in trafficking drugs or knowingly let Ledger get intoxicated and
not getting him help. Now if she "Mary-Kate Olsen" says she has never supplied any drugs
or done anything of the sort, why is she asking for immunity from prosecution, what is she
hiding? If she is honest, she should not have anything to hide, and not be asking for immunity.

# 37 are you sure you know what you're talking about? Failed product line? Their company, Dualstar, is doing better than ever. I just read a report on their merchandising and this year they expect to sell $1.2 Billion retail. Their fashion lines are huge hits too. Not sure if you actually have facts or if you're just making it up and hoping that if you write it, it will be true. It won't. We should all be such "failures" as these two then. :)

41. Look at it this way. In the good ole' USA, a thug Rap star can shoot people, get shot, beat his girlfriend, steal, carry guns, etc. and we hold them up as heros and they rake in millions. Then we have this young woman, who, although obscenely wealty, is really just a young girl and what do we all do? Villify her and we do so based solely on supposed news stories that carry quotes from anonymous sources. It is UNBELIEVABLE to me!! I seriously can't pathom it. I don't think a word of this story is true and I don't believe for one minute deep down any of you do. But what the heck, go ahead and demonize the poor little girl. Maybe if she drove around with a thug posse and shot at people we'd praise her.

45. If she knows nothing she would have been much better off if she testified and left it at that. It may be that this is all "tabloid speculation" but either way it seems to me that her lawyer is an idiot. Then again, I am not totally up in the law and it may be that her lawyer is trying to protect her from a bogus lawsuit. Wouldn't have been a probem if someone hadn't blabbed to the tabloids.
