This is truly a sad thing Mr. Novak's condition but what is worse is the heartless and quite telling of the attitude of our liberal friends. me as a independent do not care about dems or reps but the more I see the real face of the dems the more I am sure that there leader the candidate Obama is not for this country the hate is dripping from the top of the democratic party. I am from Latin descent and the only friend of us in this election were Hillary and McCain my favorie is out and I can not deal with this hate filled campaign from Obama so My vote will be for McCain unless A third party is started.

28. Dang...I'm afraid you're wrong about the conservative party. We were, after all, the ones who pushed for African Americans and Women to be able to vote. Don't forget, Abe Lincoln was a Republican.

African Americans have been voting for Democrats for Fifty Years...and their situation is still not any better. Why? Because Democrats don't care about them...they care about their vote.

Because they held up hundreds of pieces of legislation INCLUDING bills to help with energy costs and the mortgage crises. Why did they pull this stunt lead by Tom Corbun of Oklahoma? Because they wanted to make the democrats look bad. "In a week where Exxon Mobil made the largest quarterly profits by a U.S. corporation, Republicans are stayed in Washington to argue that Big Oil deserves more taxpayer lands. Republicans must think Big Oil is paying them by the hour." And that is a fact.
