21. You guys are retarded. This has nothing to do with abuse or anything. The Rock is samoan and that is a traditional tattoo. Most samoans you'll meet will have one. Some are even more prominent than the Rocks, with full arm sleeves or all across the back. Go to hawaii and see how many samoans have tattoos like this. You'll be surprised. They use their own tools/ink as well.

YOu freakin blogging morons. He has had that tattoo forever..Hes had it in the last 4 movies he's put out. They just cover it up with makeup..So obviously he has a great career.
