You guys are retarded. This has nothing to do with abuse or anything. The Rock is samoan and that is a traditional tattoo. Most samoans you'll meet will have one. Some are even more prominent than the Rocks, with full arm sleeves or all across the back. Go to hawaii and see how many samoans have tattoos like this. You'll be surprised. They use their own tools/ink as well.

Hey TMZ- i think a bird took a dump on his shoulder. What? It's a tattoo? Weren't they popular IN THE 80'S??? All my mom and dad's freinds are super old and think they are cool because they did that. Boring! Tattoos were the parachute pants of their decade.

I'm a straight guy and wish I looked like him. He's a man's man. But damn, that tattoo trashes up his body just like it does for Angelina Jolie or Meagan Fox. YOu freakin blogging morons. He has had that tattoo forever..Hes had it in the last 4 movies he's put out. They just cover it up with makeup..So obviously he has a great career.

That is a Samoan tattoo it usually tells what clan and island his people come from!! That tattoo represents his heritage and most of you white folks will never understand or respect it because most of you donât even know where you come from. Itâs sad very sad!
