Did she put on those "high healed" shoes before or after she was , ever so carefully, arranged on the pool side lounge chair for her big speech (which you know she couldn't think up any of that). IMAGE, IMAGE, IMAGE is all she's concerned with. It's all smoke and mirrors no matter if you are a phony, media manufactured "celebrity" as Paris calls herself, or a media manufactured political personality. Her high heal shoes and her calling her self "hot" are the dead give away that NOTHING has changed with her. She's as egotistical, vain and dim-witted as ever.
