Country singer turned millionaire father Billy Ray Cyrus showed off his buxom moobies while out walking (and hopefully curbing) his dog on Tuesday.

Annie Leibovitz was nowhere in sight.

49. Isn't it sad that disney which is suppose to support the youthfullness and wholesomeness of being young has so many stars that are so tainted by hollywood...Maybe disney should reconsider it's choice in stars and place in thier contracts specific conduct rules.........
