Tim Burton has finally knocked the wind out of his ex-fiancee.
We've learned the California Court of Appeal has just put the kibosh on Lisa Marie's palimony lawsuit. She sued the famed director, alleging that he strong-armed her into accepting more than $5.5 million to walk away from the relationship.
In true Britney style, Lisa Marie (not Presley) said, "Gimme More." She sued Burton, who directed "Batman" and "Edward Scissorhands," but today the court said the case should be dismissed. It had been scheduled to go to trial next week.
Barring a Hail Mary, she will get no more fabulous parting gifts.

Lisa Marie was Burton's muse and fiance for years. On the set of POTA HBC made a play for Burton, and was pretty blatant about it. Burton, being the ass he was, started an affair with HBC, and left the beautiful LM.
LM deserves more - it's not her fault that Burton dumped her for a WHORE, which is what HBC is. Also, you know HBC drank and smoked while pregnant? She's a real Angelina Jolie, a scmmy homewrecker.
