Well I don't know, I think it may be the lighting, and the light hair and the pic on the left is probably when she had a tan, plus the darker hair.

The media always portrays Beyonce in lighter tones. This is definitely not the first time this happens.

Her skin and hair look horrible that color. She's so much prettier her natural shades.

When she had a tan? Pleasssse she's BLACK not a tan white girl like she trys to be with that weave and nose job. Next, she'll probably bleach her skin for reals.

Well Well Well. All this company is saying is that they will hire blacks. They just don't want them TO BE black. This is nothing new. Blacks have always and will always be second class citizens. We are tired be angry.

I really dont think this is a big deal!!! Number im black so I have the right comment and number 2 everyone is photoshoped no matter race, orgin, body type or etc. Just get over it!!! I understand this is your job but can you come up with something that people will actually want to read???

They probably lightened her skin because the contrast btw. her skin color and hair color didn't look good. Personally, I think if they had left her with her natural skin color it would've made the hair color look super fake. And the haircolor is what they're trying to sell - not beyonce. People are too quick to cry racism. Guess it's easier to do that then use your brain and some common sense!

Oh, plz, TMZ, quit trying to start s**t. Beyonce has been "white" with blonde hair for awhile now; the pic on the left looks like she used too much L'Oreal self-tanning creme --- or has been photoshopped by the jizz @ TMZ.

The thing is that black skin is ugly. Sorry. While black women can sometimes be beautiful (when they don't have huge foreheads, big lips, broad nose, etc.) the overly charred skin will always be a turn-off.
