215. OMG! Was i honestly the only person offended by this question? What do you mean 'is the ad a slap to blacks'? Why would you even want to vote on something like that? i dont see the entertainment value for that B.S. I was highly offended as an african american female. I mean hello my race went through years and years of slavery just because the color of our skin and still to this day continue to be mistreated based on their race. How can you ask anybody other than the black community anyways? What you should have asked was "Should Beyonce be outraged with L'Oreal?". And in my personal opinion-YES SHE SHOULD. 217. You people are acting like this is the first time an african american celebrity has been photoshopped to fit the criteria of a "white" product. I think the lighter skin tone you are the easier it can be done and go unrecognizable for a long period of time. This isn't the first time beyonce appeared lighter than what her true skin tone is. Rihanni is another one, Halle..basically any african american that is the tone of let say Eve or lighter have and will always be photoshopped to look even lighter and more European to satisfy the white culture/european culture world wide. It's just the nature of the business. Also let me point out the fact that the artist are totally aware of that why because that cut checks at the end of the day. They also tan and not talking laying out in the sun on a summer day. I'm talking about have a tan artist tan them from head to toe to get a certain glow and color for the audience that they have to appear before. If they have a lighter skin tone and their audience is majority ethnic than tanning will be involve to give them a glow and somehow in the real world ...hollywood that equals being down and having an urban connection to your race/origins/ethnicity. Mariah Carey does it all the time, Vanessa Williams does it all the time, Tyra Banks does it everytime, Kimora Lee Simmons surprising isn't as dark as she appears on the red carpet and does it all the time. It's what makes everyone comfortable on both sides until they see a photo like the one of beyonce at the top of the page ...and now they feel deceived and take it as if this is the firt time it's been done. It's just the first time you've acknowledge and didn't accept the deception which is a part of the entertainment business.

219. I have vitiligo and I can't believe how crewl people can be . It would not be such a bad thing if she did have it then maybe there could be more awareness about vitiligo . we are shuned and ingnored because of a simple but harmless skin condition. So people really stop making stupid comments like the one stated above .!!!!!!!!!!

221. Are you kidding me? They do the same thing to white models, why does everything has to be about race? Thats what makes me not like alot of blacks because they scream racism any chance they get. 225. PLEEAASSEE America, old Beyoncé wants to be white because there is that stereotype that white is better. It's not but America still believe that. Also, Beyonce isn't that pretty naturally.
