331. beyonce is not that light! even if you go back and look at photos when she was w/ destiny's chld, she wasn't that light then either. I also think it's a stupid comment to place blame on dark skinned blacks for starting these issues. that sounds more like a personal problem you have with yourself. but anyways, the picture was obviously photoshopped and it would have been nice to see her in natural tone. i agree i never seen her that dark before like in the picture above but she's never been that light either.

332. According to black people everything in the world is a slap in the face and i'm sick of hearing it. They can make fun of white people in every sitcom and every movie they make and thats supposed to be alright and thats bs if you ask me. If white people made a sitcom making fun of black people it would get taking of the air for being racist or if white people had a WET channel like black people got a BET channel that would be racist or even a united caucasian college fund that would be racist to and it don't make sense to me they need to stop blaiming white people for there problems we got just as many problems as the next man and we ain't blaiming black people. One more thing black people were not the only people that were slaves as a matter of fact i would rather pick cotton than build somebodies pyramid or fight lions and gladiators to entertain romans.

333. hello people her hair is two different colors which can change the look of your skin!!! why does it always become a race issue? the girl is light damn! what if she was is the sun after the loreal shoot. i get darker in the sun...don't you? GET OVER IT!!!!!!!!!!

334. Well, this is really not the first time a dark-skinned celebrity has been lightened. Shari Belafonte years ago appeared very light skin on print, when she's really several shades darker in person. Is this an insult to African-Americans? I'm not sure. Increasingly in print media, no one has kinky hair and black skin anymore. Every subject is turning lighter and his/her hair, straighter and longer. But is this true of the real world? Look around you.

335. OMG! Was i honestly the only person offended by this question? What do you mean 'is the ad a slap to blacks'? Why would you even want to vote on something like that? i dont see the entertainment value for that B.S. I was highly offended as an african american female. I mean hello my race went through years and years of slavery just because the color of our skin and still to this day continue to be mistreated based on their race. How can you ask anybody other than the black community anyways? What you should have asked was "Should Beyonce be outraged with L'Oreal?". And in my personal opinion-YES SHE SHOULD. That is unless she knew abt. In that case, "The blacks" (as you called us) should be outraged with Beyonce.**Its sad the world seems to be ending soon and people are still obessive over apperances.....GODBLESS US ALL!

336. Gawd, black people need to quit butching about every dang thing!!!! You dont see white people throwing a fit if Jessica Simpson looks over tan in a proactive comercial.

GET OVER IT ALREADY!

337. Listen people. Has anyone ever seen Beyonce without make-up? If not, Beyonce has a very light complexion. This is just another attempt by the media to give black women somethingelse to be insecure about. To add, if anything the photo with the darker complexion is the enhanced photo or perhaps she has a tan (spray on or not). Either way I do not believe that the photo is a disgrace, but the nerve to present it as such is.

338. She's beautiful. Photography comes in varying degrees of tone and color, as does our skin tones.
