33. I am not a big fan of teens having kids at this age, but it does happen. The difference between Jamie Lynn and the "average" teen who has a baby, is that Jamie Lynn can afford to have a nanny and hired help. She doesn't have to take care of the baby if she doesn't want to. Unfortunately, many "average" teenagers across this country who find themselves in this position, do struggle making ends meet. It is very unfortunate that teenagers today, believe they can have sex and nothing will happen, and then comes along the pregnancy factor. Yes, teens have been having sex for a very long time, but it seems like in today's society teenagers don't bother taking precautions against pregnancy or even STD's. Again, I am not for teenage parenting, but it is done and Jamie Lynn can't turn back the hands of time. at least she is willing to take the responsibility of her actions, even though she is financially able to, unlike the "average" teens.

Actually, it looks to me like she's wishing that the guy taking the picture would step into an open manhole or something. And I don't blame her.
So far, she looks like she's behaving sensibly and not doing anything to justify the coverage. Hopefully, the paps will see this and leave her alone.

Yes, Jaime Lynn is in a bit of a different situation because she has the money to pawn her child off on someone else when she gets tired of playing grown-up but the average teenage girl does not and it is awful the way people keep commending her for "taking responsibility". It's not just her taking resposibility, it's a team of nannies and assistants. See her for what she is...a tramp who thought it couldn't happen to her.
