32. I hope they work it out. I knew them when they just put Sugarland together and thought they were awesome. Still do. Was surprised Kristen left, but that's her deal. Maybe she didn't get everything she thinks she should have, but that's what lawyers are for. Keep making great music, Sugarland!

If that makes sense, you are welcome to join us on the tour bus..where things get 'really freaky'. Kenny, Jon, Ritchie,..'all gay'. Kristian is in 'Heaven'. Did you see him prancing around Ritchie in the 'Crossroads' episode? He was just the cutest, blushing, gushing little white guitar player besides BP. FYI, the real story is that SL's bass player is Jen's secret undercover love interest.

34. wawawaa has a lot of time on his/her hands. I don't know whether to laugh at your comments or tell ya to shut yer face. I don't care if SL flies the rainbow flag. They've put out two other albums since the big gal left so she's just feeling sorry for herself b/c she made a big mistake. As for Jennifer, she can sing. Most of the songs on the new album are fabulous. If she fixed her nose, so what? Most people in the entertainment industry have tweaked themselves. TAKE ME AS I AM!

Kristen is a SUCCESSFUL songwriter in Nashvegas!
She created the band, and the lawsuit is for the profits from the album she wrote.. not the new one.. TMZ get your facts straight..
The sound you hear is jennifer's ego exploding.. Kristen was the best part of this band and it isn't the same without her..

36. I can't stand Jennifer's voice. It goes right through me. She's dating Clayton Moore. Kenny Chesney's guitarist. Yeah I wonder when Kenny will have the guts to come out of the close. Back to SL they are not country and they made Kristen leave the band since it was all about Jennifer.

37. As a fan of Sugarland, she chose to leave the group - they did not kick her out. She chose to leave a group that did have a few hits when she was still in it. She should have no rights whatsoever to anything beyond the first album. Seems to me she has the Caruso/Duchovny complex of "I don't need this, I can do better on my own."

38. I was a huge Jennifer Nettles Fan, before she was Sugarland. And I used to go and see Kristen Hall play, as I loved her smoky voice. Did see Kristan Bush a few times at Eddies. I was surprised when Kristen left the band, but there was obviously some kind of legal agreement made or we would have heard about it, if she had just been pushed out without anything.

So, I guess it comes down to whether Jennifer and Kristian tuck to the agreement. Looking at the lawsuit it looks to me as if Kristen wants more than whatever agreement they had made. If that is the case, then Kristen is in 'the wrong' as it's her that's not living up to whatever agreement they did when she left the band.

39. I think she is just very jealous of thier success and wants a piece of the pie so to speak they became more popular after she left so no i dont think she deserves a damn dime.

40. I have known Jen, Kristan, and Kristen for many years. I know Christy Crews as well. I also know Jen's ex husband, and she is definately not gay. Thats ridiculous. I am also friends with Christy's 'partner' and the fact that she is a lesbian woman has nothing to do with her friendship and hard work she has done for Jen since their college days at Emory.

44. Biscuit, read the lawsuit. This is all about profits after Dec. 2005, so has nothing to do with the first album. This is for profits after Kristen left the band. Clearly sounds like sour grapes to me.

They must have had some kind of agreement when Kristen left the band or she wouldn't have told all the media, that she was leaving to pursue her own career. Whether she was ousted because of her weight or whatever and whether that was fair or not is a different story. They had obviously come to some kind of agreement or Kristen would have opened her mouth at the time.

So, now 1.5 years later she wants to go back on the agreement and wants more, because of having trademarked the name 'Sugar'and'? Seems like a pretty calculated move right from the beginning on, as the trademark was recorded in 2003.

As to jennifer, she's an incredibly talented song writer. Sugarland's stuff is catchy, but fluff.. It's her solo stuff that really makes her song writing abilities shine.
