18. Eh, who cares? She looks like an under aged hoochie anyway. When women go out and drink in slutty outfits, bad things happen. I know from expoerience. I was just lucky enough to live to grow a tad bit wiser. When people drink bad things happen. I have a hard time trying to muster sympathy for people in the party culture. 24. Of course no one deserves to die like this. But when you drink or do drugs and put yourself in dangerous situations, at some point something bad will happen. This is a lesson to learn for the club and party scene. Unfortunately, our young children are growing up thinking it's "cool" to behave like Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, Lindey Logan, ect....thanks to TMZ.

29. um, well, first and second degree are not based on the extent of death. That doesn't make any sense. It is based on the type of crime commited and in this case it was a second degree murder.

30. She looks indian to me but her name clearly indicates that she is hispanic, I find the questions about her race hilarious. Women are looked down on by Muslims and to all the christian people here, christian women faced it too; a long time ago. Just look at the muslims as christians from a few thousand years ago. You people think that your religion is so perfect. This is just a story telling women and men alike that there are a lot of dangers in going out drinking at clubs and bars. Stuff like this happens everyday. People think it is the cool thing to do. Go get drunk at a club with your friends. Honestly it makes girls look like bar and club whores and the guys look just as pathetic because the only way most of them can even get a girl is through the deceptions of the dark rooms and alcohol blurring the women's sight and other senses. What makes this look even worse is that this guy had no record. You just don't know what people are capable of. A person with a clean record snaps, bludgeons another person, and slits there throat over possibly his want to have sex with her (and to me, she is nothing to look at).
