Sam Ronson tried to shoot up Lindsay Lohan last night ... with a toy gun.

It may have been Sammy's b-day, but the pappers were the ones who got a great gift -- Lindsay Lohan, with Bitch Mode switched to "Off."

19. Lindsay & Sam are adorable together. Sam really cares about the gril,( unlike her freeloading family, sorry Lin) let them be happy for goodness sake. I hope they last forever. Go On Girls !
