It appears that Balthazar may have beem tring to resolve this, and she couldn't even back off until things between husband and wife have been settled.

She is now trying to spin this that Neither he or she were in a relationship when they started dating. Rhys was a flatmate sleeping on the couch. Blathazar was a bachelor sleeping on a couch. Doesn't anyone have a bed? Guess she felt okay locking her flatmate out of their house.

35. These people are just disgusting, and I'm sick to death of this. One thing I will comment on, though, is that what is being reported in other sites about her breaking up Jude's marriage, that she won't get involved with another married man, that she learned her lesson with Jude (which is absurd because Getty IS still married, right?) is just baloney because, at the very least, Jude and Sadie were already in the middle of a divorce when Sienna came on the scene, and Sadie was already living with somebody else. Sienna was never cited in the breakup...yet, that's being drug in this whole mess like it's the truth. Plus...Sienna was living with a man when she suddenly up and left him to go live with Jude...so this girl's ALWAYS had a problem....and that being...WHO CAN GET ME THE MOST ATTENTION NOW?

36. I absolutely loathe this pairing. I've followed this story right from the get go because I really enjoyed the show Brothers & Sisters and having done a bit of a recce on BG becose of the surname I was really impressed that he had turned his life around and was happily married with 4 kids. In the early stages I read about the "rumours" hoping that the tabloids were wrong but alas they weren't. And now with the latest lot of info that appears to point the finger at RG basically implying she and her friends are lying really turns my stomach. "Sleeping on friends couches for 6-months" RG and that "thing" she is still married to were photographed together at an event in April 2008 (so he must have dragged himself off the couch), BG had to concoct a "cover story" when he flew to Prague to visit his !#$$% on the GI Joe set (why would he do that if the marriage was over) his sister reportedly was the one to uncovered the lie (he was going to visit his sick mother in Germany) and confronted him about it (that didn't stop him) and now SM is totally accepted by the Getty family? Too much. These 2 are nothing by lying cheating sl*ts who deserve each other. RG and the children certainly don't need him or his crap. I stopped watching Brothers & Sisters once the rumours were confirmed & I won't be supporting SM's work either. So another two bite the dust!!

38. Who the hell cares what the hell either of them do. Seriously, does anyone really think that his wife doesn't know what is going on. If you're getting divorced, it's probably for a reason. Why the hell should a person have to wait to be w/ someone they care about/wanna have sex with for damn papers to be processed. If anyone has been divorced they know its not an overnight process. When my parents got divorced it took years for everything to be final. What were they supposed to do, just ignore everyone of the opposite sex until the ink is dry on the papers. Clearly if the marriage isn't going to work what the hell is wrong with being with someone who makes you happy. For all we know his soon to be ex is getting gangbanged on the weekends; but since she is not siena miller its not gonna be all over every tabloid or TMZ. All I'm saying is, the majority of people have cheated at one time or another on someone they love, 50% of marriages end in divorce, so unless you've been 100% faithful to every bf/gf/spouse/lover you've ever had you should probably shut the F up.

This has now become the trifecta of cheaters this week: we got in one Senator Edwards cheating and lying repeatedly and still lying, we got Morgan Freeman cheating on his wife who is now divorcing him over it, and of course the most blatant the the three Ballsyzar Getty who has no problems w/ practically having sex w/ his mistress in public. All these people are dispicable -- don't freakn' get married if you don't know how to keep your vows, let marriage be for people who are mature enough to know how to be in control of their wee wees instead of the other way around. I only wished Elizabeth Edwards is not playing dumb by saying she believes her husband is no longer having the affair or that he has a love child -- the dude was caught redhanded at 2:30 in the morning in a hotel room that he was in w/ her and her baby for 5 hours. I am just amazed by the gall that he still keeps trying to lie his way out of admitting that it's still going on. The cheaters wouldn't be able to cheat so rampantly if they didn't have people to cheat w/ and people who forgave them for cheating.
