If he really did cheat on his wife as they claim, I hope she takes him for every penny he has!... ( Make him wish he'd stick to acting like a cheating husband instead of BEING a cheating husband).

33. Marriages fall apart all the time and guys don't leave until they have someone new to go to, no matter how crappy the marriage. In fact, men strive to stay in crap marriages when they should cut their losses. All involved are adults, the marriage is dead, he is moving on, get over it!

34. Well, it's clear that Sienna's friends are making some of these posts. I'm shocked by the post stating a wife with four kids doesn't have time for Balthazar's needs. They're HIS children too - the kids are NOT soley the responsibility of the wife. Of course, in this situation, he's made things very difficult for his children, and he'll be seeing a lot less of them as a result. It's a terrible price to pay, unless, of course, you care more about your girlfriend than your children. And Sienna's friends are only making the situation worse by insisting upon her innocent character. One so pure does not expose her body so casually to so many people. Sienna's friends' remarks make this all the more ridiculous. The lovers need to get out of town for many, many months until this blows over. No one wants to see them or be reminded of Rosetta's and the children's pain. They've already done so much damage. At the very least, they could be tactful and make themselves scarce.

39. i can't believe they cast her in gi joe, i've been wanting to see that movie. hopefully, they'll either cut her part or severely limit her time onscreen. she is a horrible, rotten human being, how can you do that to four innocent children??? as for him, never heard of him before this, and i'm willing to bet, whatever "fame" he had/has will be gone shortly. i'm truly sorry for the mrs in this. hope she nails his balls to the wall.

40. I hope it is worth it, Balthazar, whatever your name is. YOUR KIDS ARE GOING TO GROW UP WITHOUT YOU BEING IN THE HOUSE WITH THEM EACH NIGHT AND YOU WON'T BE AS MUCH A PART OF THEIR LIFE. How do I know?? I grew up in a divorced family from the age of 8 years old; seeing my dad once during the week and every other week end. AND THEY DIDN'T DIVORCE BECAUSE OF INFIDELITY, EITHER. MY DAD WAS MARRIED TO HIS WORK... THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR. Same with Ethan Hawke and Ryan Philllipe.(divorce) Seems like with Reese, Jake seems to be TAKING YOUR PLACE QUITE WELL..

41. Anyone ending a long term marriage with 4 kids needs to de-couple is a way senstive to the familym making sure the kids understand and are feeling secure and OK.
This takes time and effort.
He did a dump and run from his family - just like Sienna just dumped her boyfriend.
What this makes them is insensitive and selfish, whatever else you want to call them.
I wish they would both just fade away - but I'm afraid we'll have to read headlines about him in rehab soon enough, and her in Playboy trying to revive her career. Hmmm...actually, there's already plenty of pictures of her undressed...so I guess she'll need to find a movie about a Nun's Story or something like that instead.

43. To those who say that he has the right to happiness with his new partner - yes, he certainly does and it is none of our business. But he has no right to humiliate his wife in this process. Getty could have divorced his wife in the normal manner and then gone public with the affair (as do most people and especially celebrities). However he chose to cavort with his almost naked girlfriend on a public beach and on the balcony of a hotel overlooked by other rooms. He has blatantly flaunted this new relationship, forgetting that his children will see these appalling photos of their dad with his girlfriend, whose reputation wasn't so good to start with. He has behaved in an appalling manner towards his family and they both deserve the public scorn they have been getting. I hope it hurts their careers.
