64. to #59 whyisthatimportant and the others suggesting that we know nothing about this issue. Well, you are quite right, we know nothing about their marriage, their separation (if there was one) or anything else. However, I do know that Mr. Getty, a very married man with four children, took his mistress, who is a well known actress, on a VERY public holiday, where they were photographed - well we all know how. Mr. Getty has humiliated his wife and children to a degree that few celebrities have done in recent years. Generally speaking people who are having affairs try to keep it quiet for obvious reasons - they don't want anyone to know about the relationshi plus they don't want to hurt their families. . In his case, he hadn't separated from his wife yet and as far as I know, still hasn't filed for divorce. He and his girlfriend continue to flaunt their relationship instead of keeping it quiet until the legal issues have been resolved. He didn't protect his children from the picture shoot of their father + the almost naked gf in Italy. He has kids who will be going to school next month - other children may taunt them about the photos.

I have deliberately not brought Miller into this because it is quite possible that he lied to her as well, as he lied to his wife. He alone has caused the damage in her career, not the public or the papz. It was his decision to go public with the relationship which has brought all the public ridicule upon these two people. And do I care about it - No, I don't care about them at all but I hope that his wife is aware of the public support she has received and the empathy shown to her situation by an overwhelming part of the population.

"we" don't despise her. What for? You can have your opinion, but don't try to speak for anybody else. She's a beautiful woman, a good actress, and she got cheated on by Jude Law when they were engaged. You don't know whether Getty lied to Siennna or not. He may very well have. Or are you just liking the opportunity to pass moral judgment on others, like TMZ does every chance they get? You want to comment on sleaze, go look in the mirror.

Uh yeah...so what's her excuse for still staying with him if he's such a lying bastard? Sorry, not buying your theory.

And to everyone that still is amazed that Sienna would do this to Rosetta when she was cheated on by Jude? Are you aware that she up and left her boyfriend, the man she was living with, to go live with Jude, much like she suddenly up and left Rhys for Getty? Jude was wrong in what he did...he should have just broken off the engagement...but I have a feeling that her partying and flirting when he wasn't around pretty much affected their relationship as much as his infidelity (as in her sitting on men's laps at a party in LA when Jude was in New Orleans). Sienna's "devastation' over that whole thing was merely a ploy for the media attention she so desired, and I don't believe for a minute that she was hurt that badly. She even pursued him after he finally broke up with her in 2006, and he avoided her like the plague. So spare me the "can't believe Sienna would do this" crap. She's the same as she's always been, and it's nobody else's fault. She's not a victim of anybody but herself.

70. What makes men in particular think they can get away with this crap without repurcussions? The guy's a piece of work and Ms Miller is going to get what she asked for. This man's wife is far better off without him. Let Sienna learn what it is like when he starts fooling around on her and then she is the one to get the calls saying oh I love you I miss you but renounce the woman he's screwing? Well...where would be the fun in that? He will get his in the end. They always do. Probably spending the years he would most enjoy companionship alone.

Lefsafan.. no hidden meaning here. While I appreciate Sienna's semi-talents, she only became a well-known after Nannygate..the general public sympathized with the poor little cute actress who was dumped on. My point is that sympathy factor is obviously comprimised now that she has done the same very bad, bad thing to another woman. Comprende?

Mr. Getty placed himself in that situation, we did not. If he did not want people to comment about his situation, perhaps he should have kept his relationship ( regardless of what " type" of relationship it was) with Ms. Miller under wraps. Instead he chose to embrace and kiss a topless women in a public hotel terrace for the world to see.

Whether he was separated or not, it is a shameful display and something he could have easily avoided by staying indoors!

Don't shoot the messenger ( TMZ or commentors) .... he's clearly at fault for this one and deserved the flack he gets.
