Car Co. Says Kim K's Ex Drove Off Without Paying

Kim Kardashian's ex-husband has been sued by a car leasing company, claiming he stiffed them on some serious rides.

Elegante Leasing Ltd. says producer Damon Thomas, who was married to the Tush for four years, leased three cars from them in 2007 -- a 2002 Ferrari 360 Spyder, a 2005 Bentley GT coupe and a 2005 Lamborghini Murcielago roadster.

In the lawsuit, filed Friday in L.A. County Superior Court. Elegante says Thomas defaulted on his payments in April and June of this year, and owed them nearly $475,000.

Thomas worked as a music producer on "Dreamgirls."

An email to Thomas was not immediately returned.

I heard a lot of celebrities use elegante leasing; sounds like they're doing something right. Of course you got this knucklehead trying to get over by not paying. I'm sure elegante leasing has a pretty good team of lawyers. Good luck damon and ex-tushi! Bout to put some pain on that bank account!

22. It makes no sense that these companies let celeberities (or rich people) rack up bills, HELLO THEY ARE RICH, THEY SHOULD BE PAYING UPFRONT, THEY HAVE THE MONEY!! HELLO!!! DOES THIS MAKE SENSE TO ANYBODY.. WHY WHY DO THEY DO THAT AND NORMAL PEOPLE CAN'T GET NO LOVE....

Hey Dumb! did it ever occur to you that your a true idiot; when companies like elegante go through situations like this, they calk it up in the loss column (it aint that serious) businesses do it all the time; and it sounds like you're not educated enough to realize that; its a win win for elegante leasing. 24. just so you know...all you people that are calling the owners of elegante "dumb" that is my father and grandfather who owns this company. and if you have ever been in a business that deals with credit you would know that not any person off the street can get any car, be it a ferrari, or a honda. businesses run credit checks as well as having access to bank statements proving incomes. and calling the owners dumb because they allowed damon thomas to 'rack up" bills is the most absurd comment. if you know anything about a car lease, you would know that you can't just take someone's car, there is a course of action that is taken...you need to give notice and allow the person in the lease agreement to pay.
